DROP SERIES PLASTISOLS; It consists of 12 standard colors, 8 fluorine colors, base and transparent varnish belonging to the series, in vivid colors, flexible structure, silicone texture, ready to use to get the “drop” effect.

It is recommended to cure the transparent base or colors with a high screen printing pattern (Silk No: 12-90T) at 160°C for a minimum of 2-4 minutes, depending on the emission height. A matte surface is obtained after fixation. When gloss is desired, intermediate drying is done and a "lacquer" effect is created with PNP DR200 Lac Base (Gloss), again with a high emissivity mold.

 

In addition, Drop Printing surfaces are suitable for special effects applications such as foil, glitter, flock, gilding, and are very successful in "mud", "nail", "colored layer by layer" printings. For the suede relief printing effect, it is sufficient to apply this series with a flat mold (No: 43-62 T).

It is suitable for automatic machines, fast printing and hand-held table printing. Due to its oil-based structure, it does not dry out in the mold. It is suitable for printing on 100% cotton, cotton blends and many synthetic fabrics as well as for conventional transfer printing. To ensure full washing fastness, it must be cured at 160°C. Fixing time is 2-4 minutes depending on fabric type, paint color (dark colors cure faster than light colors), thickness and scope of applied paint, and application equipment. Application molds and tools are cleaned with thinner. CWinks PNP PLASTISOLS are stored at 5-30°C.
